COVID-19 INFORMATION

To Our JACL Members and Friends,

We have been in a global pandemic since early 2020 and we hope you are safe and healthy.  Please stay informed as this remains a fluid and scary time.  Below are some local and national websites that provide up-to-date and important information.  There are many more sources of information, but we wanted to share a few that we find to be reliable.

VC Recovers (for local Ventura County updates on case numbers, hospital capacity, and vaccine distribution):  https://www.venturacountyrecovers.org/

State of California's COVID-19 Response Site:  https://covid19.ca.gov/

The Center for Disease Control:  https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html

Make sure to regularly refresh these websites for new information regarding closures, governmental orders, or guidance that may affect you personally or your loved ones.

Stay well.

Our Mission

The Japanese American Citizens League is a national organization whose ongoing mission is to secure and maintain the civil rights of Japanese Americans and all others who are victimized by injustice and bigotry. The leaders and members of the JACL also work to promote cultural, educational and social values and preserve the heritage and legacy of the Japanese American community.
